Both Pastor Woodrow and Melanie have had a heart for
children since they were young. In 1993 Melanie from Dallas
volunteered to help for a short time at a children’s home in
Sri Lanka. While there, she fell in love with the suffering
children of Sri Lanka. She met Pastor Woodrow, a Sri Lankan
citizen, and they married in 1996. As young newlyweds, they
joined together their visions to reach out to children who
have no hope.
